This document governs the institutional deployment of the Vision-2042 Behavioral Intelligence Core (BIC). By initializing the Vision-2042 launch sequence, you agree to these proprietary operational standards.
Proprietary Rights & Ownership
Vision-2042, including the Behavioral Intelligence Core (BIC) 🧠, the Sovereign Neural Interface (SNI), and all associated tracking algorithms, metrics, and software components, are the exclusive proprietary property of AANSC Technologies.
Users and Institutions acknowledge that the Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to the User are reserved by AANSC Technologies.
License Grant & Scope
The Provider grants the Institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited institutional license to deploy Vision-2042 in a Sovereign Edge Configuration. This license is granted solely for the purpose of classroom analytics and educational research within the Institution's air-gapped or local mesh environments.
Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Behavioral Intelligence Core (BIC).
- Cloud Bridging: Bridge the local Vision-2042 nodes to any public cloud or external server without explicit written authorization from AANSC Technologies.
- Unauthorized Distribution: Sub-license, sell, lease, or distribute the Software or its neural fingerprint databases to third parties.
- Tampering: Modify or remove any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks in the Software (e.g., V42 brand badges).
Data Sovereignty & Privacy
Vision-2042 is engineered as a Zero-Cloud Architecture.
- Local Processing: All biometric and behavioral processing occurs at the Edge. No raw video feed ever departs the host hardware.
- Anonymization: Student identities are masked using industrial-grade HMAC-SHA256 from the point of detection.
- Forensic Scrubbing: The Institution is responsible for enforcing the "Right to Erasure" via the Pinpoint Purge protocols provided in the Authority Portal.
Compliance & Liability
The Institution assumes full responsibility for obtaining necessary student/parental consent before activating biometric or affective analytics. Use of Vision-2042 must comply with the Sovereign General Intelligence (SGI) standards.
Vision-2042 is a Pedagogical Decision Support Tool. The Provider (AANSC Technologies) shall not be liable for accuracy of pedagogical interventions or disciplinary actions taken based on BIC analytics.
Termination & Forensic Integrity
Upon termination of the license or pilot period, the Institution must execute a Deep Forensic Scrub. All proprietary AI baseline profiles and encrypted session traces must be purged from host systems and associated storage.
